Welcome to TCD (Trust, Connection, Discretion). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TCD website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

TCD is a private, invitation-based social platform designed to connect consenting adults in a respectful and discreet environment.

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

Users must behave respectfully and responsibly.

• Impersonate another person.
• Use the Platform for prostitution, escort services, or illegal activities.
• Attempt to scrape, hack, or disrupt the Platform.

TCD reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

TCD is built on privacy and trust.

Users must not:

• Share other users' information outside the platform.
• Screenshot or record private content without consent.
• Reveal identities of members without permission.

Violation of privacy rules may result in permanent account removal.

Users retain ownership of the content they upload, including photos and messages.

However, by uploading content, you grant TCD a limited licence to:

• Host
• Display
• Process
• Moderate

that content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.

TCD may remove content that violates community standards.

Some features of TCD may require a paid subscription.

By subscribing you agree that:

• Fees will be charged according to the selected plan.
• Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal.
• Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
• Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.

TCD may allow members to organise events.

Event hosts are responsible for:

• Managing invitations
• Ensuring event legality and safety
• Respecting attendee privacy

TCD is not responsible for events organised by members.

TCD may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraud or abuse is suspected
• The safety of the community is at risk

Accounts may also be terminated for inactivity.

TCD provides a platform for members to interact but does not control user behaviour.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• TCD is not responsible for interactions between users.
• TCD does not guarantee the accuracy of user profiles.
• Users interact with others at their own risk.

All Platform design, branding, software, and content owned by TCD remain the intellectual property of TCD.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform materials without permission.

TCD may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
